- you must find the middle ground between clinical acumen and patient/customer service**

- being awesome, when it counts…IS STRESSFUL
- you need to be ready at a moments notice
- hours of sheer boredom intertwined by minutes of sheer terror
- you never doubt if you made a difference in someone’s life
- you will selectively be in the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the worst circumstances
- can you manage that?
