Creatinine clearance is to a decimal, one decimal so if they answer is 36.7 and you give 36.6 it will not count…the answer is 36.7 and if you give 36.77 its still wrong…its one decimal
Don’t have to memorize normal lab values yet..this year will be given reference ranges but moving forward you will have to memorize them
SOAP notes are what we will send to our health care providers with our recommendations and we will be using the conditions you learned about healthcare to write those soap notes so that you have a plan and a recommendation for something that you already learned
If patient has asthma it would be nice to know if they are wheezing or not which can then change what the recommendation is
If patient has heart failure it be nice to know if that’s a normal heart sound or is there a S3…need to just differentiate normal vs abnormal as opposed to diagnosing
