from communicable diseases vs. noncommunicable diseases now
What is a demographic and epidemiological transition?
Demographic: high to low patterns of fertility and mortality
Epidemiological: shift from communicable, maternal and perinatal causes to noncommunicable ones
What are the leading cause of death in Canada?
malignant neoplasms (cancer) and CVD
How many minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity does the Canadian Physical Activity guidelines recommend?
