What is epigenetic age
A
The estimated age based on the stresses an individual has faced in their lifetime.
The epigenetic clock can be sped up or reversed depending on the stressed the individual is exposed to.
Illnesses, smoking = speed up epigenetic clock (increase epigenetic age)
While healthy diets and excercise =reverse the epigenetic clock (decrease the epigenetic age)
