WHAT- FIT FOR PURPOSE
WHY- To understand how a product is fit for purpose the PROJECT TEAM needs to know what drives the output. They will gain this information from the USERS and consultation with stakeholders as their needs must be fully understood as they will ultimately need to sign off on the acceptance criteria.

WHAT- STANDARDS for governance of project legal!!!!!
WHY- The PROJCT TEAM need to know the tools and processes as well as standards that are going to be used to the quality of the product. This will also help outline the roles and responsibilities when it comes to product testing. By understanding the detail required in the quality control process it allows the PM to plan and resource the activities into their schedule as well as understanding how quality will be defined.
