infection, trauma, malnutrition, metabolic, toxic, tumours, vascular, psychosocial
psychiatric problems in LD
behavioural disturbance, depression, anxiety, dissociative- amnesia, schizophrenia, mania
management
severe-communication system in place. supported in decisions, if not then made in their best interests. support by primary care, educational and social services
