What time signature is the piece in?
Written in 3/4 but feels like 6/8 as the right hand of the piano plays crochets.
The quavers have accents on the first and fourth quavers in a bar (makes it feel like two dotted crochet beats in a bar)

Saxophones, piano, electric guitar, mandolin and celeste. Unusual use of timpani and a glockenspiel
