Shake and double strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with club soda.

Dry shake, then shake, double strain into chilled highball glass. Top with club soda, garnish with lemon twist.
Manhattan
2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth

Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Stir, strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with Maraschino cherry.
Bloody Mary
1 1/2 oz vodka
8 oz tomato juice
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco
Salt & pepper to season
Celery and lemon wedge to garnish
Filled chilled Collins glass with ice. Add all, season with salt & pepper, stir, garnish with celery and lemon.
Sazerac
2 dashes Absinthe, rinsing
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 1/2 oz Cognac
1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
1 lemon twist

3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz lemon juice

- 1.5 oz citrus vodka
- 1 oz Cointreau
- .5 oz lime juice
- .25 oz cranberry juice
Build all ingredients in a shaker tine with ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lime wheel or zest.
Gimlet
- 2 oz gin or vodka (vodka gimlet)
- .75 oz simple syrup
- .75 oz lime juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Moscow Mule
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 to 6 oz ginger beer
- .5 oz lime juice
Squeeze lime juice into a Moscow Mule mug. Add two or three ice cubes, pour in the vodka, and fill with cold ginger beer. Stir and serve.
