What is our code of conduct?
We established a code of conduct in which we expect everyone to be easily reached. We realised that communication is key, so we hold ourselves accountable in letting each other know our availability.
How have we problem solved already on this project?
Most of us have part time jobs so getting all 6 of us to attend every session became a challenge. The way we resolved this issue is by using the transcript tool on Microsoft Teams which has proved to be very helpful. This allows any absentees to be able to reflect on what was said and be fully caught up with the rest of the group.
What if something unprecedented occurs?
If something unprecedented occurs for example a member of our team having to take time out due to family issues, our transparency and critical thinking will mean that the member will try communicate this as quick as possible and the rest of us will get on a meeting as quick as possible to discuss what work will need to be split up and what work we can give that person instead that may be less strenuous.
