Q

Explain how your actions demonstrated a democratic leadership style?

A

I allowed my team to participate in the decision making process in terms of the design programme whilst I offered guidance and control. I ensured I did not silence dissenting voices or those that offer a less popular point of view.

Q

What advice did you give to your client when you fully understood the reasons for delays for the M&E consultant?

A

I advised the Client to put the consultant on notice that their delay had caused the Clients time to review and sign off works to be less. The sign off could therefore be extended, which would impact programme or a thorough meeting will be held to go through the Stage 3 design and sign off there and then, therefore not impacting the programme.
