A good leader should be Honest as to gain the trust of their team while being loyal , Courage is also another asset that is vital because is it contagious and naturally draws other people to a person, resulting in more confident members. When making decisions, Decisiveness and Confidence plays a major factor because the role of a leader entails the responsibilities of making decisions.
