A

Seen in I&P!
Looks at the needs of people and catagorises them in a pyramid with the basic needs at the bottom - those must be met before higher needs such as personal security, social relationships, confidence and reaching potential can be done

What is Tuckman Stages of Group Development?

A

4 stages:
Forming - team develops relationships, poliet
Storming - team becomes more familiar, challange authority, arguements can occur
Norming/Performing - goal emerges and roles agreed, trust increases, performance not always achieved but if it does morals are high
Mourning/Adjourning - project ends, enthusiasm or sadness
