A

The “ne/n’” comes before the en and the pas goes after the verb.
Je n’en achète pas.

If the sentence is negative the structure is:
Il n’y en a pas beaucoup.

A

The EN comes before the infinitive.
Je veux EN acheter.
The ne/pas surrounds the modal verb, EN is not separated from the infinitif.
