Irregularities in imparfait
A
Être is irregular, it’s stem is “ét.”
In verbs with a ç we remove the cider from the nous and vous forms.
Tu recommençais/ nous recommencions
In verbs with a g in the stem we remove the e in the nous and vous forms.
Je mangeais/ vous mangiez.
