CA does not require reporting another’s misconduct, but does require self reporting if:

1) sued for malpractice 3 times in 12 months
2) civilly liable for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, or the like
3) sanctioned more than $1000
4) charged w/ felony
5) convicted of serious certain crimes
6) disciplined in another jx
