he enters any building or par of a building as a trespasser and with Intent to commit any such ottence as is mentioned in the Sub Section (2) below;

An emergency contact will result in an Immediate emergency police response for incidents reported where there is, or likely to be a risk of:

• Danger to life
• Use, or immediate threat of use, of violence
• Serious injury to a person and or Serious damage to property
• Crime related emergency calls:
• The crime is in progress
• An offender has just been disturbed at the scene
• An offender has been detained and poses, or is likely to pose, a risk to other people

• Road Traffic Collisions
• It involved or is likely to involve serious personal injury
• The road is blocked or there is dangerous or excessive build-up of traffic

A

• Response is time critical and should be made ASAP. This however is a broad category in which certain incidents although not classed as Immediate are more time critical than others. determine the nature and severity of the incident and re-graded as either

  • Priority–High aspiration to attend within 1 hour, risk of loss of evidence, victim vulnerability or offender(s) returning

-Priority-Standard attendance within 4 hours.
