Flashing lights when they are:
Adversely affect the satisfactory performance of duties
Subject an outside observer to harmful dazzle.

Red or white flashing light

Colours of wing tip lights and orientation
Green (right side)
Red (left side)

When can Aerobatic flights be carried out?
EU or National legisation
Clearance from appropiate ATS unit
Min height VFR restirctions over congested areas
No less than 1000ft of highest obstacle with 600m radius
Min height VFR restirctions elsewhere
No less than 500ft from ground or water or highest obstacle
150m radius
Min height IFR restirctions over high terrain / mountains
2000ft above highest obstacle within 8km of A/C
Min height IFR restirctions elsewhere
1000ft from highest obstacle within 8km of A/C
