Describing your leadership style as a combination of servant and coaching leadership is a valuable insight into your approach.
My leadership style is best described as a blend of servant and coaching leadership. As a servant leader, my primary focus is on supporting and empowering my team members. I believe in removing obstacles, providing the necessary resources, and fostering an environment where individuals can flourish and reach their full potential.
In the spirit of servant leadership, I am committed to listening actively to the needs and concerns of my team. I view myself as a facilitator, working collaboratively to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, my leadership style incorporates coaching elements. I see coaching as a powerful tool for individual and team development. I am dedicated to providing guidance, constructive feedback, and mentorship to help team members enhance their skills and achieve their career objectives. Through regular one-on-one sessions and personalized development plans, I strive to create an environment where continuous learning and improvement are valued.
