Combine ingredients except for butter in heated toddy glass. Place butter pad on bar spoon and slowly pour hot water to the top of the handle.
DARK & STORMY
.75 Plantation Dark 1 lime .5 turbo 2 ginger beer Top: .75 Cruzan blackstrap
Combine all ingredients except for Cruzan in skinny collins. Top with crushed ice. Swizzle. Top with Cruzan. Lime wedge.

Shake with mint. Tulip. Crushed ice. Mint sprigs with powered sugar.
MEXICAN FIRING SQUAD

POUSSE CAFE (PRAIRIE OYSTER)

1 egg yolk
Combine everything except egg yolk and stir briefly into a shot glass. Place egg yolk in a coupe. Pour shot glass into the coupe. Dust with salt & cayenne pepper.

Heat glass. Combine ingredients. Top with hot water. Use cinnamon stick to stir. Lemon zest.
SUFFERING BASTARD
1 Beefeater 1 Old Grandad bourbon 1 lemon .5 turbo 1 dash ago Top: 2 ginger beer
Shake. Add ginger beer. Skinny collins. Cubes. Orange slice & mint sprig.
SWIZZLE (QUEENS PARK)
2 Plantation white .75 lime .75 turbo 1 Turbo cube 20-30 mint leaves Top: 6 dashes ango
Crush turbo cube in base of glass. Add mint, syrup & juice; muddle. Rinse with rum. Stir briefly. Add crushed ice. Swizzle, keeping mint at the bottom. Top with bitters to create a 3 layered drink. Lime wedge and mint sprigs.
