Rinse frozen etched yarai with absinthe. Stir cocktail and strain into absinthe rinsed glass. Lemon zest.

Top: soda
Frappe, and dump into rocks glass. Crushed ice. Top with soda.

1.5 Plantation Dark .5 OFTD 1 tbsp spice mix 1 pad of butter Top: hot water
Combine ingredients except for butter in heated toddy glass. Place butter pad on bar spoon and slowly pour hot water to the top of the handle.
DARK & STORMY
.75 Plantation Dark 1 lime .5 turbo 2 ginger beer Top: .75 Cruzan blackstrap
Combine all ingredients except for Cruzan in skinny collins. Top with crushed ice. Swizzle. Top with Cruzan. Lime wedge.
MISSIONARY DOWNFALL
1 Plantation white 1 Pineapple .75 honey .5 Mathilde Peche .5 lime 10 mint leaves
Shake with mint. Tulip. Crushed ice. Mint sprigs with powered sugar.
MEXICAN FIRING SQUAD
1.5 Blanco tequila 1 lime 2 bs agave nectar 2 dashes ago Top: .5 grenadine
Shake and strain over crushed ice in skinny collins. Top with grenadine. Mix grenadine into top half of drink with a bar spoon. Lime wedge with blackberry.

Shake. Skinny collins. Crushed ice. Top with yellow chartreuse & soda creating a layered effect. Mint sprig.
