SWIZZLE (QUEENS PARK)

Crush turbo cube in base of glass. Add mint, syrup & juice; muddle. Rinse with rum. Stir briefly. Add crushed ice. Swizzle, keeping mint at the bottom. Top with bitters to create a 3 layered drink. Lime wedge and mint sprigs.
