What is Memory?
Random Access Memory (RAM) is the most common
RAM is not referring to the hard drive or SSD storage
Data is stored permanently
SDRAM - Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM)
Double Data Rate 3 (DDR3) SDRAM
Double Data Rate 4 (DDR4) SDRAM
Double Data Rate 5 (DDR5) SDRAM
RAID 0
Striping
File blocks are split between two or more physical drives
Raid 0 is zero redundancy
