When a language center is damaged, you get a disorder called aphasia.
What are the effects of Broca’s aphasia?
They have labored speech, halting speech, and substitute similar words, missing non-function words like nouns. and the tip of the tongue phenomenon.
but their comprehension is still intact they can still understand
they can also have paralysis in the right side
what is wernicke’s aphasia effects
They can’t understand you and struggle to comprehend speech.
