Appall (verb)
To cause someone to be extremely upset or shocked
Appease (verb)
To prevent further disagreement in arguments or war by giving to the opposing side an advantage that they have demanded. It is like to calm or avoid a conflict.
Avaricious (adj.)
Showing an extremely strong wish to get or keep money or possessions
Bides (verb)
To wait calmly for a good opportunity to do something
Brandish (verb)
To wave something in the air in a threatening or excited way
Caldron or cauldron (noun)
A large, round container for cooking in, usually supported over a fire, and used especially in the past
Carouse (verb)
To enjoy yourself by drinking alcohol and speaking and laughing loudly in a group of people
Cleave (verb)
To separate or divide, or cause something to separate or divide, often violently
Courier (noun)
