What is Faro style?
Faro style is relatively lower i alcohol and sweetened with caramelized brown candi sugar and it is usually a blend of lamic stle and biere de mars.
What is Gueuze style?
Gueuze is the most common style of lambic. Gueuze i lambics are bottle conditioned and are blends of young and aged lambic.
*Young Gueuze has a touch of sweetness and aged gueuze is drier and more of a predminat Brettanomyces character.
What does Tradition indicate on a bottle of Gueuze Lambic Beer?
It indicates the traditional style.
What does Oud indicate on a bottle of Gueuze Lambic Beer?
It indicates that the bottle was aged longer than usual /old.
