A
- Electrical waste is stripped, which releases harmful gas
- Natural gas builds up under the decomposing rubbish, it then sets fire and requires an already sparse supply of water to be used putting it out
- Dangerous due to regular fights over rubbish loot

A
- creates 500 jobs and a community of houses/shops
- the methane given off of the decomposing rubbish is caught and turned into energy
- encourages recycling
