- ADJACENT stores/cellars
- extension
- open partitions
1st and 2nd OV? cellar/store/cockloft
MAUL/HALLIGAN
- check rear and sides of building
- team up /forced entry in rear of store
cellar fire-pay attention to 1st floor/rear
2nd OV can go to roof or other duties- if directed
1st and 2nd Roof?cellar/store/cockloft
- proceed to roof via PORTABLE LADDER
- 1ST AND 2ND ROOF PLACE PORTABLE
cellar-2nd due roof bring saw
store/cockloft -1ST AND 2ND ROOF BRING SAW-only place in books where 1st roof brings saw and both roof FF’s bring saw
1st and 2nd LCC? cellar/store/cockloft
- position TL
- if rearmount-position AWAY FROM FRONT
- JOIN FORCIBLE ENTRY TEAM
if there is fire in cockloft- 1ST DUE LCC WILL PROCEED TO ROOF…2nd due will still operate with forcible entry team
Truck companies, other than first or second arriving on initial alarm, should report in with ?
10 and 12 foot hooks, beside there normal tools

- life hazard on 2nd floor
- completely ladder 2nd floor
- prevent spread of fire to upper floor
- fire originating in cellar may required FLOODING 1ST FLOOR as last resort
fire on 2nd floor of 2 story taxpayer:
- need for aerial for ventilation
- forcible entry should use stairway to 2nd fl
- cockloft extension is greater
- areas below must be examined
- 2nd floor may require 10 ft,hooks or longer
