1. Measure 1g of agarose in beaker on tared scale
2. Fill up with 0.5 TBE buffer until 100g
3. Add 10g extra WATER (evaporation) and mix a bit
4. Microwave for 1:30
5. In the meantime prepare the stand
6. Stir a bit and microwave for extra 30s (Gloves!!)
7. Add 4uL of EtBr (or 10uL of SYBRSAFE)
8. Pour on the stand
9. Wait for 20 min
