It is a technique used to separate DNA fragments based on size and charge. Smaller molecules will travel faster. DNA travels towards positive end
Largest molecules stay close to negative end with wells

p1000: 065= 650
p200: 085 = 85,
p20: 125= 12.5 (5 is red)
