No eating for 8 - 10 hours prior to test
Given a blood cholesterol level tell me if it’s desirable, borderline high, or high
Below 200 is desirable
200-239 borderline high
240 and above is high

kcal - divide
Percentage of kcals that should come from carbs, fats, and protein.
o (Ex: Carbs 45-65% of total kcals)
carbs 45% to 65% of kcals daily energy intake
Fats- less than 30% of total kcals
Proteins- 10- 35%
