Preparation of primary emulsion

A
  1. Add 4 parts OIL and 1 part GUM
  2. 2 parts WATER
  3. Titruate until the primary emulsion is creamy white and makes cracking sounds
  4. Add liquid ingredients (Zinc oxide and calamine) before solid
  5. lastly diluted alcohol (preservative)
