-Indirect: Increased release of catecholamine at nerve endings

a. Naltrexone: opioid antagonist, reduces abuse
potential of alcohol.
b. Disulfiram: Causes unpleasant reaction with
ingestion of alcohol & prevents alcohol abuse.
