- Light gold to medium gold.
- Crisp flavor with prominent high hop bitterness
- Low maltiness in aroma and flavor.
- No fruitness or esters.
- Very low diacetyl is OK- Peroni, Stella, Stiegl Pils, Flywheel

A
- Vienna malt dominates toasty flavor, aroma and color
- light to medium bodied with a reddish-amber color.
- Low sweetness, mild hop flavor and aroma
- No fruitiness or esters. Low diacetyl is OK
