- Discrimination is the ‘unlike treatment of the likes’
- Not all differences in e.g. wages are attributable to discrimination
- Discrimination is bad for business
- Discriminating firms are fae worse and less likely to survive competition
- => Do we need anti discriminatory policies or simply more competition?
