Something that encourages people to move to a certain area, such as chance of better job, education and services.
How have TNC’s destroyed rural areas?
They have taken the best farmland to export, meaning the locals have less land

In the south coast of Pakistan, the south east part of ‘Sindh’
Why do young intelligent people often leave the rural areas
To find a better job as they are smart enough and able to gain a better paid job, although they still send money back to their families in the rural areas
