What is aerobic endurance?
Aerobic endurance is the ability of the cardiorespiratory system to work efficiently supplying oxygen and nutrients to the working muscles
What is muscular endurance?
Muscular endurance is where a muscle can continue contracting over a period of time against a light or moderate fixed resistance or load
What is flexibility?
The range of movement around a certain joint in the body. This can be tested by using the sit and reach test.
What is strength?
Strength is the maximum force in KG or N that can be generated by any muscle or group of muscles
What is power?
The official definition for power is the ability to undertake strength performances quickly
Power = Speed x Strength
What is body composition?
Body composition is the ratio of fat mass : fat free mass in your body. Fat free mass contains the vital organs
What is speed?
Speed is how quick you can go from A to B usually covering a short distance
What is accelerative speed?
Reaching maximum speed more often than not after gaining momentum
What is pure speed?
Covering a distance in the quickest time possible
What is speed endurance?
Speed endurance is an athletes ability to sustain maximum or near maximum episodes of speed over a prolonged period of time
