Pts will experience effects due to this

Have to cycle doses to allow pts to recover from therapy and maintain their normal cell lines but still kill cancer cells

14,000 deaths per year

>95% of deaths occur in women >45 y/o

20% of ovarian cancer is diagnosed at an early stage (not good)
