Assault 1st
a) Intentionally causes SPI with deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.
b) under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life he wantonly engages in conduct which creates a grave risk of death or causes SPI to another.
Assault 2nd
(a) Intentionally causes SPI to another person or
(b) Wantonly causes SPI to another with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument or
(c) Intentionally causes causes SPI with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument

(a) Recklessly w/ a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument
(b) Intentionally attempts/causes PI to a peace officer
Assault 4th
(a) Intentionally/wantonly causes PI
(b) Recklessness, PI, w/ DW or DI
Menacing
Intentionally places another person in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury
Wanton Endangerment 1st
Under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, he wantonly engages in conduct which creates a substantial risk of death or SPI
Wanton Endangerment 2nd
Wantonly engages in conduct which creates a substantial danger of PI
Terroristic Threatening 1st
(a) Intentionally makes false statements that he has placed a WMD on any school. school bus, or government property
(b) places a counterfeit WMD at any of the listed locations
Terroristic Threatening 2nd
(a) Intentionally w/ respect to a school function or place of worship threatens to commit any act likely to result in SPI or death to another.
(b) Makes false statements causing evacuation, cancellation of classes, creates fear of death or SPI OR
(c) makes false statements that he or she has placed a weapon of mass destruction at any location or places a counterfeit weapon of mass destruction at any other location.
Terroristic Threatening 3rd
(a) Threatens to commit any crime likely to result in death, SPI or substantial property damage to another person.
(b) Intentionally makes false statements for the purpose of causing an evacuation or a building.
Criminal Abuse 1st
Intentionally abuses another person or allows a person he has custody of to be abused and-
(a) causes SPI
(b) places him in a situation that may cause SPI
(c) causes torture, cruel confinement or cruel punishment to a person 12 yrs of age of less or who is physically/mentally helpless.
Criminal Abuse 2nd
Wantonly abuses another person or allows a person he has custody of to be abused and-
(a) causes SPI
(b) places him in a situation that may cause SPI
(c) causes torture, cruel confinement or cruel punishment to a person 12 yrs of age of less or who is physically/mentally helpless.
Stalking 1st
Intentionally stalks another person and
(a) makes an explicit/implicit threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear of
(i) sexual contact
(ii) SPI or death AND
(iii) EPO/DVO has been issued, criminal complaint issued, or warrant/summons has been served OR
(iv) suspect has been convicted or pled guilty of crime against the victim within the last 5 years or
(v) the suspect was armed with DW
Stalking 2nd
Intentionally stalk another person and
(b) makes an explicit/implicit threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear of
(i) sexual contact
(ii) PI or death
Disarming a Peace Officer
(a) Removes a firearm from a PO
(b) Deprives PO use of the firearm
Strangulation 1st
Intentionally impedes normal breathing or circulation of blood by
(a) applying pressure to neck
(b) blocks nose or mouth

Wantonly, impedes normal breathing or circulation of blood joy
(a) applying pressure to neck
(b) blocks nose or mouth
Unlawful Imprisonment 1st
Knowingly and unlawfully restrains another person and exposes that person to a risk of SPI
Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd
Knowingly and unlawfully restrains another person
Kidnapping
Unlawfully restrains another person and
(a) wants ransom or reward
(b) to accomplish commission of another felony
(c) to inflict bodily harm or terrorize
(d) to interfere with government or political function
(e) use as a shield or hostage
(f) to deprive parents of custody of minor
CLASS B FELONY IF RELEASED ALIVE
CLASS A FELONY WHEN SUFFERED SPI
CAPITAL OFFENCE WHEN NOT RELEASED ALIVE OR RELEASED ALIVE BUT DIES
Custodial Interference
Knowingly keeps from custody a mentally disabled or other person
It’s a defense if the person taken was returned by the defendant and before arrest or warrant issued for arrest
