A

Yes they need to do the pre-cruise test for 2nd leg which is complimentary on any Royal Caribbean group ship

Guest must be fully vaccinated to do back-to-back cruises.

A

All cruises that are 7 nights or longer will feature two Evening Chic nights. Any cruise 6-nights or shorter will feature one Evening Chic night.

A guest calls in to cancel their booking and the card no longer active that they use to make the payment: What would happen in this case?

A

The refund must be attempted on the original form of payment. Royal Caribbean will attempt to send the money back to the card once. If the customer’s bank returns or rejects the refund, guests must provide an alternate form of payment so the refund can be disbursed. Only American Express, MasterCard, and Visa will be accepted as alternative forms of payment.

A

Yes it does cover baggage delay and lost luggage when they book through us but not the cancellation penalty for flights

Guest are allowed to bring whatever Non-Alcoholic Beverages onboard (embarkation day only) however limited to what is able to be hand-carried by each individual.
