Primary Channel
Begins beneath little toe, crosses to KD 1, emerges at KD 2, travels posteriorly to medial malleolus at KD3, descends through heel and ascends to below medial malleolus at KD 6. Ascends along medial aspect of leg, intersects spleen channel at sp 6, continues up leg to medical side of pop. fossa at KD 10, then along posteo-medial aspect of thigh to tip of coccyx where it intersects with DU 1. Threads its way up through spine, enter KD and connects with BL, intersects with Ren 3, 4, and 7

First Branch
Emerges from KD, ascend through liver and diaphragm, enters lungs and ascends along throat to terminate at root of tongue
2nd Branch
separates in lungs, joins with Ht, disperses in chest to link with PC channel and Ren 17
Divergent Channel
separates from primary channel at pop fossa, intersects the bladder divergent channel on the thigh, ascends to connect to KD, crosses girdling vessel in region of L2, ascends to root of tongue, continues upwards to emerge at nape of neck, converge with BL primary channel
Luo channel
KD 4 on post aspect of medial mal. encircles heel and enters internally to connect with UB channel, ascends along with KD primary channel from KD 4 to a point below PC where it travels posteriorly to and spreads into Lumbar vert.
