(i) go through a form of marriage or civil union

(iii) cause the person to go through a form of marriage or civil union or to have a sexual connection, with some other person

Victim physically removed from one place to another
Detains
Is an active concept rather than a passive one. It involves doing something to impose a constraint or restraint on the person detained

Consent is a persons conscious and voluntary agreement to something desired or proposed by another

Sexual Connection
A connection effected by the introduction into the genitalia or anus of one person, otherwise than for medical purposes
(i) a part of the body of another person; or
(ii) an object held or manipulated by another person
Ransom
Is a sum of money demanded or paid for the release of a person being held captive
Service
Keep the victim as a servant or slave
Confining
Restricting movements or curtailing their activity and exercising control and influence over them
Imprison
To put them in prison or to confine them as if in prison
