What are they only types of fields that you should bring in with Identity collection?
Fields that support reviewers, that support rules/automation, that support reports
What is the only required field for account collections?
The only required field is the Account ID/Name field
How does collecting the Last Login date help reviewers?
It helps reviewers make good decisions. If the last login date was months ago, could indication that the account is no longer active
What items are often used as unique keys
employee ID or number or AD SAM ID or some other unique attribute
How does ACM flag identities as inactive?
if we are filtering out all term users from identity collections, the next time ACM collects term users will be filtered out.
How does ACM determine active vs inactive
its determined by whether the identities are being collected or filtered out of the collection process.
How are identity counts determined?
Identity counts are based on the number of unique ID’s read into ACM
Are inactive identities in ACM included in identity counts?
No, they also are not included in reports or other processing. Inactive is soley based on if the record is seen during collections.
