A

Institutions, rules ,norms and legal arrangements that seek to facilitate cooperation and manage relations between states.

E.g. The UN is an institution of global governance. The Geneva convention is international law. Respect for sovereignty is an international norm. NAFTA is an example of a bilateral legal arrangement.
