Archery is an INDIVIDUAL sport which suits those who are introverts are they are often SHY and like doing things ON THEIR OWN. Introverts are not often confident and do not like team sports where they feel they are LETTING DOWN THE TEAM. Archery involves looking after and being CAREFUL with EQUIPMENT. This suits introverts as they usually safety conscious and DONT TAKE RISKS. In COMPETITION they are ALONE, there is NO PHYSICAL CONTACT, you need to be calm, steady, concentrate. This suits introverts. They are INWARD looking so prefare to be on their own, with no physical contact and are comfortable SHUTTING THEMSELVES OFF from world and concentrating

A

Ice hockey is a TEAM sport which suits extroverts as they are OUTGOING and MIX WELL. Extroverts are OPTIMISTIC and CONFIDENT so they are good team members. Ice hockey is fast tough and exciting. This suits extroverts as they seek thrills, like PHYSICAL CONTACT and speed. In competition they tend to be COMPETITIVE and not give up so perform well. TRAINING involves working with others and can involve ‘BANTER’ between members and competition for places. Extroverts like being with others and can give and take banter. They also thrive on the FIGHT to get a place of the team.

Afford to employ a personal trainer, pay for golf lessons or extra coaching to help improve

💰if you have little money after all essential outgoings you are limited in what physical activities you can do. Eg could be limited to walking or running from your house. Unlikely to afford extra lessons coaching, or employ a personal trainer.
