The responsiblity of the party who brought the case forward to prove the facts of the case (against the accused)

The extent in which the evidence given by the prosecution must be to prove that the accused has committed the crime

The principle that the accused is considered and treated as innocent until proven by the prosecution that they are guilty beyond reasonable doubt
