  • 2mg/kg IM-IN
  • Sub-Dissociation
  • Pain/Anxiolysis: 0.25-0.50mg/kg 25mg max inital 100mg total
  • Airway: 2mg/kg IV-IO
  • Hyperactive Delirium: 4mg/kg IM Thigh
