A
Complaint filed when: indictable offense impact offender or charges pending or history of repetitive DP offenses violation of supervisory condition CDS offense
*not filed when DP or PDP

Station house adjustment
A
- *First time offenders**
- warn the juvenile about future consequences of continued delinquency
- notify parents
- keep a record of ID of juvenile, date and nature of offense involved.
- victim must be notified and agree to the process
quarterly reports to the prosecutors office
PDP/DP and fourth degree crimes if juvenile has no record

Fingerprinting and Photographs
A
14 or older charged with an offense that would be a crime if committed by an adult.
- Juveniles charged with delinquency under 14 may not be fingerprinted or PDP/DP
- Juvenile of any age may be fingerprinted for a comparison to latent prints either with consent of court or the juvenile and parent.
