A

a) If a child is left alone the officer must attempt to find the parent and determine if they are able and willing to take custody.
b) Release of a child from a hospital would further put the child into danger
c) Child has left a court order care facility
d) Child found on the street and is in need of medical attention. (Parents must be notified and there must be the least amount of interference with parental rights
