Qualification For Admission to the Licensure Examination

- He/she is a citizen of the ph or if a foreigner must prove that the country of which a subject or citizen permits filipino dentist to to practice within its territorial jurisdiction on the same basis as the subj, or citizens of such country
- Not been convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude
- Graduate of a recognized & legally constituted university with a degree of doctor of dental medicine
- he / she has completed the refresher course required after failing 3 consecutive licensure

Funding Provision

Transitory Provision
The board in coordination with the accredited professional organization & with the apprival of the Commission, shall promulgate , adopt & implement such rules & regulations to carry out the provisions of this act
Implementing Rules & Regulations
If any section or provision of this Act shall be declared invalid or unconstitutional such shall not invalidate any other section or provision of this Act
Separability Clause
RAm4419 & RA 768 hereby repealed
Repealing Clause
this act shall take effect ff. its publication in the official gazette or in ant newspaper of general circulation
