Respiration tween 15-45/min AND
Palpable pulse AND
“A,” “V,” or “P,” appropriate

A
Apneic w/o assist OR ^ but breathing after 5 rescue breaths OR Respiration 45/min OR No palpable pulse OR "P" inappropriate/"U"

Can they walk?
