Leading the witness
Asking the question in such a way as to give ideas or to put words in the mouth of a witness
Calling for conclusion
Getting the witness to give an opinion or to make a judgement rather than merely stating the facts
Badgering The witness
Making an unfair attempt to browbeat, coerce, or abuse a witness during the questioning process
Irrelevance
Attempting to get a witness to offer testimony or information that does not pertain to the trial
Hearsay
Attempting to get a witness to offer testimony on second-hand information, rumor, or gossip
Witness opinion
Attempting to get a witness to offer his/her opinion on certain facts when they are not an expert witness
Narration
When a witness goes beyond giving an answer to the question.
Affidavit
a written statement sworn to before a person officially permitted by law to administer an oath
Autopsy
The medical examination of a dead body to find out the cause of death. This death is called “automatic evidence”
