SNE tool - bang the serial numbers or contracts in and it will spit out what you have paid for.

Create a ticket.

how do you upload a file to jtac?
A
big files via sftp (bigger than 10g)
do it from the router directly using sftp
lcd = local dir
cd into /pub/incoming
mkdir - your case number
cd into it
mput <file></file>
